Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once the product has shipped.
Refunds
We strive to deliver the highest quality seafood to our customers. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We may require photos of the product and packaging to process your claim.
Once we review and approve your claim, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped. Once your order is in transit, we cannot cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
